We offer diagnostic assessments across all ages. All assessors hold a current APC, the gold standard in assessment practice. Assessments are written to the SpLD Assessment Standards Committee (SASC) regulations. Assessors are fully insured and quality assured, each holding a DBS.  Our diagnostic assessment reports have also been used as expert testimony in legal court cases.

Over 500 diagnostic assessments have been completed for students across UK universities enabling them to apply for DSA. Our extensive portfolio also includes assessments for young people in primary, secondary, Sixth Form and FE Colleges. We also offer diagnostic workplace and degree apprenticeship assessments.

We have completed over 1000 Exam Access Arrangements (EAA) in private and state schools, alternative education provisions, Sixth Forms and FE Colleges across the UK.

Over 250 screenings and/or cognitive profiles have been conducted to support parents and schools to identify strengths, areas of difficulty and recommendations for support.  These also provide evidence to support referrals to CAMHS or medical pathways for diagnosis via the GP/NHS.

A JCQ Form 8 is designed to gather a detailed background history of need and difficulties. This is reflected in Part One completed by the SENDCo / designated person at the school/college or training provider. The assessor’s responsibility is to undertake psychometric assessments, to ascertain the reasonable adjustments the student maybe entitled to under the JCQ exams access arrangement system/rules.

Possible arrangements include:-

We would like to say that it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Chantal. She is both very professional and very courteous to deal with and has conducted an extremely detailed diagnostic report on our son. We cannot thank her enough and our son will be grateful to her for the rest of his life. After years of struggling with unknown dyslexia he can now access the correct support at university and also in the workplace. Chantal is very highly recommended by us. Thank you Chantal.

I have read the report ....both myself and Jack's dad can relate to the things you have written Teresa. I'm so glad Jack can now access extra support and that he has an explanation for the areas he has difficulties in but I am sorry it wasn't picked up sooner. He would have had a much easier and probably more enjoyable school life.
