We offer specialist workplace coaching 1 to 1 both through Access to Work* and privately. Coaching aims to help you flourish at work, using a person-centred, solution-focused approach. This helps to empower neurodiverse employees to optimise their strengths. Neurodiversity coaching incorporates the Executive Functioning Framework in developing practical and effective strategies to overcome workplace and personal challenges. This benefits both the employee and employer by increasing personal well-being and productivity. All coaching is undertaken in a safe, comfortable and confidential 1 to 1 space to allow for open dialogue and collaboration.

*Access to Work is a UK Government scheme which funds support for employees in the workplace and those who are self-employed.
